The Calathea rose optic Rosy is true to its name, with a mixture of bright and dark pink leaves make it a standout plant for any home. Native to Brazil. This plant rarely flowers indoors but if it does it will be in the summer months. The leaves fold up during the night and unfold again, making this plant even more unique than it already is.
Watering
Use rainwater or distilled to keep the soil moist from spring to autumn, and just moist in the winter. Mist daily with tepid water. Using a tray of pebbles or install a humidifier to keep the humidity up.
Feeding
Fertilize with a balanced diluted solution every 2 weeks from spring to early autumn.
Planting and Care
Repot in spring once every 2 years, only in a slightly larger pot if pot bound.
